Power Flow.
All Levels, Previous Yoga Experience Helpful
This is a Baptiste inspired power flow class. Power Yogis can expect a swift paced, breath per movement class designed to challenge you in a safe and accessible environment. You will leave this class feeling warm in temperature and wrung out. Each class experience is different in some way so you are assured a class full of focus and meditation through movement.
What you need: A Yoga Mat, 2 blocks & Water
Restorative.
All Levels, Beginner Friendly
Gentle movement, meditation, and supported poses held for extended periods of time characterize the physical aspect of the practice. A deepening of your intuition, knowledge of self, and awareness of the world around you, as well as an opportunity to envision new possibilities, characterize the subtle subsurface experience available in this practice.
What you’ll need: 2 blocks, 2-3 blankets, and a bolster for each class. We may use less, we may use more, we will be creative and adaptable for all.
Vinyasa.
All levels, Beginner Friendly
Typical components of a Vinyasa yoga class include a range of standing, seated and supine poses, twists, balancing postures, forward folds, inversions, back bends and targeted core strengthening. Some classes might offer guided meditation, chanting, or breathwork, and all classes end in a state of utter relaxation in Corpse Pose or “Savasana.
What You’ll need: A yoga mat
What would be helpful: 2 blocks, strap

Yin
Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. A few benefits of YIN are:
Calms and balances mind and body
Reduction of stress and anxiety
Releases fascia and improves joint mobility
What you’ll need: 1 bolster, 2-3 blankets, 2 blocks (practice is also possible without any props at all)

This one on one attention is very impactful and can give you access to a deeper, more well rounded practice and understanding of your bodies personal alignment and possibilities.
